THE RESTORATION

The buildings are restored with a preservative purpose which includes the use of natural materials for the habitat. The water, a renewable source of energy was used to control the waste of energy (geothermical - heat pump system).

THE RESIDENCE

The residence “Corte Mondina” has four different rooms with bathroom, two apartments and a suite.
In each one there is an independent air-conditioning system (hot/cold), a LCD Television and Internet acces.They are furnished with ancient and modern furniture in a careful mix.
A certain refinement characterizes the bathrooms, each one is different from the other one, modern washbasins and special showers are thought for every different room.

THE EX STABLES

The Stables were restored to become a kitchen, an enormous living room and a reception that you can reach from a suggestive arcade.
These rooms are available for special events, such as meetings, birthdays, etc...
